What's coming in 2025?
As we move into 2025, we're excited to introduce new features and enhancements, beginning with a security update to better protect your account. We’ll keep you informed about all the details and any actions required as we roll out these updates.
Thank you for your support this year. We look forward to another great year together!

Corpay Cross-Border Single Sign-On (SSO)
Corpay Cross-Border users can now log in using SSO with SAML-compliant identity providers (IDPs). This means you can use a single set of credentials between our product and other integrated applications to log in, making it easier to get started and eliminating the need for multiple logins. We use secure authentication and authorization protocols to keep your information safe.
Note: This feature is not enabled by default; users must contact us to enable SSO.Currently, SSO is only available for users with identity providers that support the Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAML 2.0) standard. We are actively working on extending support to include non-SAML authentication methods.

User Interface Improvement
We increased the width of the Corpay Cross-Border header containing the main menu options and updated the main menu items to title case for consistency with the sub-menu items. These changes have been made to improve accessibility and enhance the overall user experience.
Note: The menu options shown in this screenshot may vary based on user permissions and access.

Upcoming: Security Setup Enhancement
We're enhancing our platform security and want to inform you about an important update scheduled for the coming weeks. This update will require all users to reset their security questions and answers. When implemented, you will see a prompt to reset your security questions the next time you log in. Your existing account information and data will remain intact; only the security questions and answers will be reset. This update enhances account protection and prevents unauthorized access ensuring your information stays secure.
Note: If you’ve forgotten your password, please contact crossbordersupport@corpay.com for assistance.

Beneficiary Contact Information
To comply with Fintrac and other regulatory requirements, PO Box addresses and similar variations are now restricted in the address fields when creating or editing beneficiary information through the Beneficiary Templates, File Upload, and API on both Corpay Cross-Border and Connections platforms. If a PO Box address is entered, a validation message will appear. This restriction currently applies to Australia, Canada, and Mexico. This update ensures that a complete physical address is provided, as required by regulatory standards.
