Viewing your connections
On the page, you can see a list of all your pending and active connections.
To access the page, in the toolbar, under , click .
The tab lists all of the connection requests that are outstanding. The tab lists the connections that are active.
These are the statuses that you might see in the column. By default, it will show all the statuses, you can filter the grid by .
- —An invitation has been sent to the payee, but the email is not yet opened.
- —The payee has opened the email, but has not yet shared information.
- —The payee has not responded to the invitation within 30 days and the link in the email invitation has expired. To invite the payee again, you need to send a new invitation.
- —The payee has accepted the invitation and shared their contact and banking information. Review and activate the connection to proceed with payments.
- —The connection is confirmed. You can now send payments to this payee.
- — The payee has updated their account information. Review the changes and reactivate the connection to proceed with payments.
