Booking uploaded payments
When the
column for an uploaded payments file displays a green check, all the payments in the file have complete information and you can book the payments.Note: If there are any issues in the uploaded file that can be fixed in the , the column for that file displays a wrench to indicate that there are issues that need to be fixed. When that is the case, you can book the issue-free payments, but any payments with issues will not be processed until you fix those issues. For more information, see Fixing issues in an uploaded payment file.
To book uploaded payments

The page opens. All the files that are ready to be booked are displayed.
, under , click . - Locate the file that you want to book.

For ERP files, you can also click the check in the left-most column, or choose from the dropdown list.

Note: If you upload a file that contains a for each payment, when you upload the file using the appropriate template, you will see an additional field called . If you would like to learn more about this feature, please contact your account representative.Corpay Drawdown Import CSV
When you upload a
file, the table will display an additional column called . This column will include all the forward numbers that contribute to the total settlement amount. In the table below, you will see an additional column called , that will display the forward number from which the payment amount is drawn.For information on how to fix issues in a drawdown file, see Fixing issues in an uploaded drawdown import file.
column to view details about the payments. - The REMITTERS tab will appear in the Upload Summary table if the uploaded file contains Remitters information.
Optionally, in the section, click a beneficiary name to view a slideout that displays the beneficiary's details.
Note: If the beneficiary data includes an email address, the feature is automatically enabled for that beneficiary. When a payment to that beneficiary is released, a notification is sent to the specified address.
If there are any payments in the file that you do not want to book, you can withdraw the payments from booking. For more information, see Withdrawing payments from booking. - Click
The conversion rates and the resulting payment and settlement amounts are displayed. The timer indicates the amount of time you have to book the deal at the displayed rate.

A confirmation message appears to let you know that the order was created successfully.If you booked Sage payments
The confirmation message displays options to reconcile with Sage. For more information, see Reconciliation reports.
. - Optionally, click to view the Order Receipt.
Note: On the receipt, payments that are for the same beneficiary and in the same currency are aggregated and displayed as a single line item.
In the grid, the status for the file is now .
Note: If you book an uploaded file that has fixable issues, the payments with issues are not booked. When that is the case, the status of the file is a wrench with the word beside it.
The payment files that have fixable issues will not be processed until you fix the issues.

Note: If the total value of the payments in the file exceeds your personal trade limits or your organization's trade limits (per transaction and cumulative daily total), you will not be able to book the payments. When you click , you will see a message at the top of the page letting you know that the amount is over the transaction limit. If that happens, you can either make changes to the original file to reduce the total value of the payments, and then upload it again, or contact the Enterprise Support team for help.
